It is that time of year once again!  Registration for the 2024 Delmarva Christian Milton Campus Summer Camp is here!

Summer Camp at our Milton campus runs the weeks of June 10 through July 26 (7 Weeks) for children in Kindergarten to Sixth grade. Don't miss out on the chance for your child to experience a summer filled with explorations, education, culture, relationship-building, field trips and all around FUN.

Children are exposed to a loving Christian environment, excellent facilities large gymnasium, crafts, team-building games, and caring staff.

    DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES: 
    Drop off time is between 8:00-8:30.  Pick up time is between 2:30-3:00. If you are more than 15 minutes late in picking up your camper, you will be charged a $5 late fee and an additional $5 for every additional 5 minutes you are late. If you would like to pick your child up early or drop them off late, we can be flexible with those arrangements. 

    DROP OFF/PICK UP POLICY: We ask that you walk your camper inside each morning to drop them off, and come inside to pick them up each afternoon. Anyone picking up a camper other than a parent/guardian needs to be authorized in writing ahead of time by the parent/guardian. 

    PAYMENT: Payment for each week is due at the time of registration. Your camper will not have a secured spot at camp until payment has been made in full. 

     EMERGENCY CARD/WAIVERS: Campers cannot attend camp until the parent/guardians has filled out the attached emergency information, permission slips, and liability waivers. These forms included in the packet will also be available the first time you drop your camper off. You may bring the forms to camp the first day, or mail them in ahead of time 

    AUTHORIZATION TO ADMINISTER PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION: Medication can be administered only with written permission. All medical forms must be filled out, before any medication can be administered. Medication forms are available at camp, or can be sent through email. 

    WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP: Campers should bring sunscreen with their name on it, clothes that may get wet/dirty, and athletic shoes. If the camper does not have athletic shoes to wear they may not be able to enter the gymnasium area. It is also recommended that campers bring with them a water bottle, snacks, extra shoes/sandals and a change of clothes. For water days, campers should bring a  swimsuit and a towel. Certain activities  may require students to bring additional items with them to camp which will be communicated to you through our website, email, or a note home. 

     LUNCHES/SNACKS: Delmarva Christian  does not provide lunch,  bringing a sack lunch with an ice pack is recommended. We will provide a snack for the campers each afternoon but we recommend that you pack a snack for the campers to eat during our morning break time.

    * Due to some severe allergies,  we request that you please make summer camp a  peanut free zone. 

    CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY: Delmarva Christian Summer Camp  requires a two week notice on any cancellations in order to receive a refund of payment. This policy is to allow us adequate time to contact families with campers on the waiting list, and make informed decisions regarding weekly supplies and counselor work schedules. We can try to accommodate families who would like to change their dates as long as there is availability on the dates they would like to change

    Returning campers will be emailed using their signup information from 2023. For questions on registration please call 302.684.4983

    Payment for each week your camper plans on attending is due at the time of registration. We are no longer accepting payments the week of the planned attendance. For example, if you register for 5 weeks of camp today, the full payment for 5 weeks is due today unless you request to pay on your Blackbaud Account. Current students of DCS can put summer camp payments on their Blackbaud account to be paid by June 30th, 2024.

    **Your camper will NOT have a spot during the week you registered for unless you paid in full on this form, or balance is placed on your Blackbaud Account.**

    Week 1: Science Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp invites campers into a world of discovery and experimentation. Campers engage in hands-on activities and exciting experiments to explore the wonders of the natural world. They learn about the scientific method, conduct experiments, and foster a love for inquiry-based learning.

    Week 2: Beach Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp brings the joys of coastal living to campers. With sandy shores as their playground campers engage in various activities centered around THE BEACH! 

    Week 3: Space Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp launches campers into the cosmos as they explore the wonders of outer space. Through interactive lessons campers delve into the mysteries of the universe, learn about the solar system, and discover the thrill of space exploration.

    Week 4: The Great Adventure Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp embarks campers on an exhilarating journey filled with challenges and adrenaline-pumping activities. Campers develop teamwork, resilience, and a sense of adventure.

    Week 5: Around the World Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp takes campers on a global expedition to explore diverse cultures, traditions, and cuisines from around the world. 

    Week 6: Farming Week at Delmarva Christian Summer Camp immerses campers in the rich tapestry of farm life and agricultural traditions. 

    Week 7: Celebrate Jesus Week offers campers a spiritually enriching experience centered around faith, fellowship, and worship. Through engaging Bible studies, inspirational devotions, and uplifting worship sessions, campers deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and explore the timeless teachings of Christianity.  Celebrate Jesus Week is a time of renewal, reflection, and rejoicing in the love and grace of God.
