About the ELC

The Early Learning Center (ELC) at the Delmarva Christian Milton Campus has been established to meet the educational, social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of students from *12 months to 3 years old. The environment of the program is conducive to positive growth and the development of our younger students. Delmarva Christian Schools believes learning is a process, and DCS wants to help your student learn how to find answers as much as know them.

Program Information

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for students 12 months through three years old.

The twelve-month, year-round program is broken into three groups of students: ones (starting at 12 months), twos, and three year olds.

Full-day enrollment is provided for all ELC students.

Academic Environment

ELC teachers have developed an academic curriculum that is unique to DCS and tailored to the students and their development.

ONES

(Starting at 12 months)
Supports language, math, movement, art, and interpersonal/social skills development.
TWOS

Supports language, literacy, math, movement, art, and interpersonal/social skills development.
THREES

Provides hands-on learning experiences, language skills, literacy, basics of phonics, math, dramatic play, and movement.

Admissions Process

Enrollment at the Early Learning Center occurs on a rolling basis throughout the year, as space allows.

Step 1: Contact Us

Before registering your child, it is encouraged that interested families check availability, and when it becomes appropriate, a visit will be scheduled for you to meet the ELC teachers and staff, and tour the facility. To make inquiries or to get more information, click HERE or call 302-684-2886.
Step 2: Register

Registration information is available in the Main Office at the Early Learning Center. You are welcome to come to the ELC to pick up the Registration & Emergency Medical Treatment Form, request a form by clicking HERE, or call 302-684-2886. Please submit the completed Registration & Emergency Medical Treatment Form and all necessary supporting documents to:

Registration Fee

There is a $100 nonrefundable new student registration fee for the first student and $25.00 for each subsequent student who registers to the DCMC Early Learning Center at the same time as the first student.
Early Learning Center Closings

If the Early Learning Center is closed due to weather or another emergency, families will not receive a refund for that day.
