Interim Head of School

Justin Savini is a 2006 graduate of Delmarva Christian High School and returned to his alma mater in 2016 to serve as Director of Development. After three years in that role, he was promoted to Director of Advancement, providing leadership for the school’s fundraising, donor relations, and strategic growth initiatives.

In 2026, Justin was appointed Interim Head of School, becoming the first DCS alumnus to serve in the role. Having experienced Delmarva Christian as a student, alumnus, staff member, parent, and now school leader, he is honored to build upon the foundation established by those who have faithfully led the school before him.

Prior to returning to Delmarva Christian, Justin served as Director of Admissions & Recruitment for Liberty University Online Academy. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
