    New Family FAQs

    • Can I register my student for sports physicals with DCS?

YES! A DIAA physical must be completed before participating in any high school sport  Please email High School Nurse sstewart@delmarvachristian.com to reserve a spot to have a physical done on campus this summer. Date to be announced.
    • How can I select courses for my student?

The goal of our academic program is to be intentionally and fully Christian in our curriculum while we help develop the entire student, mind, body, and soul. The elementary and middle school curriculum are designed to provide unique and cross-curricular experiences. Thus, all students are exposed to the same classes and do not select courses. Courses for 9th graders are selected for them by student services.

For incoming 10th - 12th grade students, please contact Student Services Coordinator, Pip Craig by calling 302-856-4040 to select courses.
    • How do I check grades, communicate with teachers, homework assignments, etc?

We use a platform called, RenWeb at the Elementary through High School to track grades and send progress reports, our teachers use that platform to upload lesson plans and more. Some of our teachers and programs use other programs to message and send updates, like Tadpoles for the Early Learning Center or Class Dojo and Google Classroom. But, when the semester starts your teacher or department lead will communicate the platforms to you. Stay tuned! Before the start of the semester, you will receive information on how to register for RenWeb to monitor your child's grades and assignments, check homework, and more.
    • How do we order lunch?

The Milton Campus offers a cafeteria for grades PK4-8th Grade. Families can order lunch using  EZ School Apps. Early Learning Center students have lunch included in their tuition price, but if you would like to send a lunch or snacks we ask that to be communicated through our ELC Director, and they MAY NOT contain nuts. A menu will be uploaded before each month so orders can be done daily, weekly, or the entire month. Students will not eat lunch on half days.
