Mr. Matthews has spent much of his career in ministry, as a full time worship pastor. In addition to church ministry, he is a songwriter, music producer, and former touring and studio musician and singer. Jason is also a licensed realtor in the state of Delaware and a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors. At DCS, Jason will work to make connections between the school and community, cultivating relationships with those who can help support the mission and vision of Delmarva Christian Schools.

I’m most looking forward to establishing relationships with current and former students and families in order to build awareness about our alumni association, as well as connecting our community with the vision and mission of DCS.
