Delmarva Christian Athletic Director Earns National Certification

Delmarva Christian School is proud to announce that Athletic Director Matt McGinnis has been recognized by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) as a Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA).

To achieve this nationally recognized distinction, McGinnis successfully completed a voluntary certification process that evaluated his educational background, experience, and professional contributions. The process also included a comprehensive written examination that demonstrated his expertise in interscholastic athletic administration.

McGinnis joins a select group of interscholastic athletic directors across the country who have attained this high level of professional achievement.

“I’m deeply committed to growing as an athletics administrator and refining my craft every day,” said McGinnis. “The NIAAA certification process has been instrumental in laying a strong foundation for my continued professional development. I’m excited about the educational-based athletic opportunities at Delmarva Christian School and look forward to building an athletic program that not only supports the physical and emotional well-being of our student-athletes but also reflects a higher standard of excellence for our school community.”
