Delmarva Christian High School Celebrates Commencement of the Class of 2025
Delmarva Christian High School proudly celebrated the Commencement of the Class of 2025 on May 23, 2025, marking another milestone in the school’s mission to develop young men and women grounded in faith, knowledge, and purpose.
This year’s ceremony was highlighted by inspiring speeches from Valedictorian Taylor Lowe and Salutatorian Layni Dukes. Both reflected thoughtfully on their journey at Delmarva Christian and shared their hopes for their classmates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.
For the first time in school history, an alumnus returned as the keynote speaker. Micah Magee (Class of 2016) encouraged graduates to focus on glorifying God and blessing others, closing with a phrase beloved by the Delmarva Christian community: “It’s not about us; it’s about Him.”
We also celebrated special honorees: Ava McCarron, recipient of the Royals Service Award, and Kasey Bell, honored as Royal of the Year—an accolade determined by votes from teachers and administrators. Both were awarded $1,000 scholarships generously sponsored by Chick-fil-A operators from Milford, Millsboro, and Rehoboth Beach.

With the Class of 2025, Delmarva Christian now celebrates over 769 alumni prepared to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. As these graduates move forward, the school community sends them with confidence and faith in God’s plan for their lives.
