Delmarva Christian Schools Participate in Annual Operation Christmas Child Outreach
Delmarva Christian School once again joined millions around the world in supporting Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need across the globe. Students across all grade levels participated in this annual outreach effort, demonstrating the school’s commitment to service, generosity, and sharing the love of Christ.
This year marked the Middle School’s 7th annual trip to shop for and fill Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Students selected gifts, hygiene items, and school supplies, thoughtfully packing each box with the intention of blessing a child they may never meet but deeply care about.
At the High School, Constable Hastings partnered with the National Honor Society to organize, collect, and deliver dozens of boxes prepared by students. Their leadership helped ensure that Delmarva Christian’s contributions would reach children around the world in time for Christmas.
Delmarva Christian School is grateful for the students, staff, and families who continue to support this tradition of giving. Through these shoebox gifts, the DCS community helps bring hope, joy, and the message of Christ to children across the world.
