Justin Savini Named to Delaware Business Times Top 40 Under 40

Congratulations to Interim Head of School Justin Savini on being selected as one of the 2026 Delaware Business Times Top 40 Under 40.

The annual recognition honors Delaware's emerging leaders who are making a significant impact in their organizations, industries, and communities through outstanding leadership and service. This year's class represents professionals from across the First State who are helping shape Delaware's future.
For Delmarva Christian, Justin's recognition is especially meaningful because his story is deeply woven into the life of the school.

A 2006 graduate of Delmarva Christian High School, Justin returned to his alma mater in 2016 as Director of Development before being promoted to Director of Advancement. Throughout his tenure, he has helped lead fundraising efforts, strengthen donor relationships, and support the strategic growth of the school during one of its most exciting seasons. Earlier this year, he was appointed Interim Head of School, becoming the first Delmarva Christian alumnus to serve in the role.

Justin continues to guide Delmarva Christian through a season of tremendous momentum as the school advances toward becoming one unified campus. His leadership is marked by servant leadership, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to spiritual excellence. He remains focused on creating an environment where students flourish, families feel connected, faculty and staff are supported, and Christ remains at the center of everything the school does.

Please join us in congratulating Justin on this well-deserved recognition. We are grateful for his leadership, proud of his accomplishment, and look forward to all God will continue to accomplish through him and the Delmarva Christian community.
