Prior to her current role, she served as the Business Manager for Delmarva Christian Schools from 2018 to 2022. Her earlier career includes positions with the State of Delaware as a State Payroll Compliance Senior Analyst, Audit Supervisor, and State Auditor. She began her professional journey in audit and tax with McGladrey (now RSM US LLP) and Marshall, Wagner, & Associates.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wilmington University.
