Mohr Floor Dedicated to Jeff “Moose” Mohr

Delmarva Christian Schools recently unveiled the newly designed, “Mohr Floor” honoring longtime coaching legend Jeff Mohr at Delmarva Christian High School in Georgetown.

“We recognize this moment is bigger than just our time with Coach Mohr,” Athletic Director, Keith Stonebraker. “Coach Mohr mentored countless kids over the years and was a visionary for Delmarva Christian Athletics. We are so thankful to not only Coach Mohr but his family for the years of support and dedication to athletics at Delmarva Christian.”

Coach Moose Mohr is the Founding Athletic Director of Delmarva Christian Schools. He was hired by the board of directors in 2002 and given the vision to create an excellent Christian athletics program that could compete at the highest levels of the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association. “Moose” served as the Royals Varsity Lacrosse Coach from 2005-2019. He also served as the Field Hockey coach in 2006. In 2016, his care of Delmarva Christian Schools athletic facilities received the DIAA Outstanding Field Maintenance Award. He was inducted into the Delaware Chapter of the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2000. Coach Mohr was also inducted into The Peddie School Hall of Fame in 1999 for his performance in Football, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse where he was captain of all three sports.
